Austin L. Nichols - Associate
Austin L. Nichols is a dedicated attorney serving Tazewell County, Woodford County, and Peoria County, Illinois. He is committed to helping his neighbors with Estate Planning, Estate Administration, and Real Estate matters with experience and understanding.
A Washington, Illinois native, Austin returned to his roots after completing his undergraduate studies at Kansas State University and earning his law degree from Vermont Law School. When he's not working, Austin enjoys spending time with his wife and children, and can often be found on the golf course or playing hockey.
Austin is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, Peoria County Bar Association, and Tazewell County Bar Association. Austin is also admitted to practice before the State Courts of Illinois, the United States Central District Court of Illinois and Bankruptcy Court, and the United States Northern District Court of Illinois and Bankruptcy Court.

Education
Austin earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Vermont Law School after obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Mass Communications from Kansas State University. Austin also grew up in Central Illinois attending Washington Community High School.
Experience
Austin has focused his practice on areas of asset protection through trust and estate planning and administration, real estate, business organization and sales, and bankruptcy.
